Each participant must assume responsibility for assessing the safety aspects of facilities, conditions, and equipment and must assume all risks. CAUTION USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. All products are for Off-Road Use Only. Spec Cycles Inc. DBA The Ruck Shop is not responsible and/or liable for any and all injuries and/or wrongful death from the use of products. Purchasers assume any/all responsibilities for utilization and/or modification to the product and/or vehicle. The products that you are purchasing are designed and intended for closed course competition use only and are labeled as such, i.e. Yoshimura “RACE SERIES.” Yoshimura RACE SERIES, Carburetors, Intakes, or any other performance products are neither designed nor intended for use on PUBLIC ROADS or LAND. Such use is prohibited by Federal and State regulations. By Placing an order and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions at check out you acknowledge that the item being purchased is for racing only and that this vehicle will never be used on public roads or land.
All notices from THE RUCK SHOP to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to THE RUCK SHOP shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. THE RUCK SHOP and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if THE RUCK SHOP believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of THE RUCK SHOP and its subsidiaries.
Shipping & Delivery
THE RUCK SHOP ships merchandise to 48 Continental United States. U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO, AEO, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship overseas to all of Europe, Canada, Korea, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. At this time we DO NOT ship to Mexico, South America, the Middle East, or Africa. ALL ORDERS ABOVE $299 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR $15 FLAT-GROUND SHIPPING TO 48 US STATES ONLY. THE RUCK SHOP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE THE CARRIER FOR FLAT-RATE SHIPPING. ALL ORDERS OVER $300 WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR YOUR SECURITY. Orders will be shipped to PayPal’s confirmed address or address on file with your credit card company. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website passes to YOU when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We highly recommend you purchase Route Shipping Protection. See the ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION below.
Route Package Protection
The only way to 100% guarantee that you will receive your package is to purchase Route Package Protection at checkout.* To learn more about how Route protects your package, click here: Route Package Protection Policies – Route. Unless you purchase additional shipping insurance, we can not guarantee that you will be compensated and/or have the items replaced if lost or damaged. The cost of Route Package Protection can only be refunded on unshipped/unfulfilled orders. If your item has shipped, Route is protecting your package that is currently in transit. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route will replace the item for you.

THE RUCK SHOP reserves the right to change its return procedures at any time without prior notice to you. THE RUCK SHOP will ONLY offer STORE CREDIT on products returned in NEW never-used condition at our discretion. A 10% restock FEE will be assessed on ALL returns and must have prior approval by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 calendar days of receiving the part. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all open non-installed packages. Once we receive the return you will receive a credit towards our online store. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not get an RMA and send the product back you will not get credit and would have to pay the postage to get the item back.
THE RUCK SHOP will not accept returns for used, installed, or electronic parts under any circumstances.
If a part was ordered in error and the error is yours you will also be responsible for all shipping costs to THE RUCK SHOP and our original shipping costs to you. If we make an error all shipping costs will be paid for by THE RUCK SHOP using the shipping company of our choice.
UPS & FedEx Ground Transit Times
The time it takes for you to receive your package is the transit time. Transit times do not include the date of shipment and any other non-business days. For most shipments, the following map will show the approximate transit times for FedEx ground shipments. TheRuckshop.com is not liable for any exceptions to transit times applied by FedEx.
USPS Priority Transit Times
The time it takes for you to receive your package is the transit time. Transit times do not include the date of shipment, Sundays, or any official government holidays. For most shipments, the following map will show the approximate transit times for the United States Postal Service Priority shipping. We also offer USPS First Class mail for packages under 13 oz. which takes 7-10 business days and is not shown on the map below.
Provided all items ordered are in stock, most orders will ship out the same day if placed by 2:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day. The time it takes for your order to arrive, after shipping, depends on the shipping method selected, as well as the destination. FedEx, UPS, and UPSP shipments are based on the date the order is fulfilled, not the date the order was placed. All USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS shipping times are based on Monday – Friday business days only. Weekends and holidays are not included. If you are in Florida and place an order before 3 p.m. on a Friday please pick Fed Ex Home Delivery for Saturday Delivery at no extra charge. The shipping time for US Postal Service Priority Mail is approximately 2-4 days after the order is shipped depending on the destination.
Please Note: All orders ship from our warehouse in Florida. Please notice the transit times on the transit time maps above or refer to the FedEx, UPS, or USPS websites.
Please Note: All orders refused at delivery for reasons other than Theruckshop.com error will be subject to a chargeback of actual freight charges.
TheRuckshop.com may be required to increase your shipping cost based on the dimensional weight of your order. Dimensional weight reflects package density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight. Dimensional weight may apply to all FedEx and USPS domestic and international package services (i.e. bulky/large items may cost extra).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. We ship to All of Europe, Japan, S. Korea, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Please make sure to pick your country in the drop-down. If you are in Europe and your country does not show please email us at email@example.com
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. THE RUCK SHOP is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from THE RUCK SHOP for The Ruck Shop. You can cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from THE RUCK SHOP again, just sign up as you did the first time and THE RUCK SHOP will start sending messages to you again.

Transfer of Number
You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at INFO@THERUCKSHOP.COM. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.
Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes
Any international order should have payment made via Paypal for easy transactions. We also accept Western Union or bank wire transfers please email us for details. International orders paid with a credit card on our site will often get declined due to address fields. We recommend using Paypal.
User Comments, Feedback, Reviews and Other Submissions
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. - Membership Eligibility and Overview
1.1. The Ruck Shop. Rewards Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Spec Cycles Inc DBA The Ruck Shop(“The Ruck Shop”, ”TRS”, “we,” “our” or “us”). The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Wholesales Accounts, Corporations, associations, or other groups may not participate in the Program. Individuals who are residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and at least over the age of 18 years or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address are eligible to become members. Employees of The Ruck Shop Companies and individuals employed by our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership for personal use only but may be excluded from certain benefits of the Program
- Program Enrollment
2.1 Eligible individuals may only enroll in the Program by visiting www.theruckshop.com (collectively, the “Site”) and following the Program prompts to register for the Program.
2.2. You are required to provide your first name, last name, and email address and to create a password to enroll. You may also have the opportunity to provide us with your mailing address, birth date, and mobile phone number, but this information is optional. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. You may update your personal information on the Site.
2.3. Only one Program account may be associated with a single email address. In the event of a dispute over ownership of the Program membership account, the member will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrollment. For purposes of these Terms, the “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
- How the Program Works and Program Benefits
3.1. The Program is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products and/or taking other Program-related actions. For your purchase to qualify for the Program, you must be enrolled in the Program and be signed into your online account at the time of purchase on the Site. You are able to earn points by making eligible purchases or taking certain other Program actions. Once you reach a certain loyalty tier and/or earn a certain number of points, you may be eligible for certain benefits and rewards applicable to that tier and/or number of points, which benefits may change from time to time and may be offered on a limited basis. Eligible purchases and other opportunities to reach Program loyalty tiers or earn points will be posted on the Site or may be published through other media (e.g., in-store, in marketing communications, social media, etc.).
3.2. The Ruck Shop members receive 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases on theruckshop.com*. Eligible purchases include regular-priced merchandise and exclude eGift Cards, sales tax, state fees, discounts, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time to time. All points earned from purchases on the Site are pending until your order ships, at which point they are fully matured and capable of redemption.
3.3. Purchases made on the Site are eligible for the Program. Purchases made in our retail store are not eligible for the Program.
- Program Benefits and Rewards
4.1. As a member, you earn points based on the amount you spend, reviews, or other actions. To redeem offers and rewards, you must have accumulated the minimum number of points as established by us for a particular benefit. Product rewards and samples are shipped with product purchases on the Site only. Points may never be exchanged for cash. You must be logged in to your Program account to use your benefits. You will find your eligible offers and rewards (with offer codes if applicable) listed in your personal account. Qualifying members will receive email invitations when event rewards are available if they have not opted out of receiving Program emails.
4.1.1. Points Benefits: You will be able to redeem your points for rewards that can be used in conjunction with a purchase on theruckshop.com. These rewards are based on the total number of points you have accumulated in a single year as listed below. You may redeem one reward per transaction on theruckshop.com. You must redeem your available points prior to your anniversary date, or the available rewards will expire. On your anniversary date, your points reset to 0 and you start accumulating new points and earning new rewards.
4.2. Offers and rewards are available while supplies last and substitutions made by us in our sole discretion may occur. If your online order is not completed for any reason, any offers or rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. You are not required to redeem your accumulated rewards and/or benefits. We are unable to reship offers or rewards if they arrive damaged if you received the wrong one, or if one is missing from your order. In the event an offer or reward arrives damaged, you received the wrong one, or one is missing from your order, please contact Customer Service.
4.3. Neither accounts nor Program rewards, benefits, and/or points may be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products may accumulate rewards, benefits, and/or points. Members will not receive rewards, benefits, and/or points on purchases that are reimbursed by corporations or other organizations ineligible to participate in the Program.
4.4. Rewards, benefits, and/or points earned through the Program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Program benefits. Points credited to your Program account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of the purchase is returned or canceled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Terms. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards or benefits offered through the Program, other than by us, is expressly prohibited.
4.5. Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product, or a monetary refund.
4.6. The products and services available through the Program and any samples that we may provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, services, or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms.
4.7. To be eligible for points, a purchase must be made on qualifying TRS products. Qualifying products include regular-priced merchandise and exclude eGift Cards, sales tax, state fees, discounts, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time to time.
4.8. Points may be given for product reviews with 3 or more stars. We have the right to post, edit, and accept any/or all reviews. Members may post a max of 20 reviews for products over the lifetime of the account.
4.9. We are not responsible for rewards, benefits, and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity.
4.10. We reserve the right to change Program benefits, how you reach each Program tier, how you earn points, and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Program activity. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Program and/or for any given tier or point level, the number or types of rewards or benefits you may receive or earn in any given tier or at any given point level, in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof.
4.11. If you have concerns that a purchase or other activity was not properly applied to your account, you should contact The Ruck Shop Customer Service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (813)355-4828 9 AM-4 PM EST Mon-Fri. Your email must specify your name and email address associated with the Program, the date of the Program activity, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent no more than forty-five (45) days after the date the purchase or other Program activity took place. We are not responsible for late notifications about purchases or other Program activities not being credited to an account.
4.12. Rewards can only be redeemed on the Site unless otherwise noted by The Ruck Shop.
