We tram each wheel on our CNC machine and open holes to 4/137 

• Installation: Install Kymco Hub on Axle put wheel on, then hub cap, then bolts through hub cap-wheel-into hub.

Recommend stretching 130/90-10 for that mini fatty look. When using a Mini fatty 10×5 or 12×5 most exhaust will bolt on with no modifications other than maybe a couple washers.
