Uses both through design just like OEM for Safety. Each one of our stems is CNC machined in house from 6160-T6 Billet Aluminum. IT’S EVEN IMPROVED with relief cut at the bottom so you can easily remove the battery box by tilting up the Battery box without undoing your stem and Handlebars like others stems on the market.

COMES IN RAW, BLACK, OR ALL MURDERED OUT ANODIZED FINISH FITS 7/8 BARS AND COMES WITH STAINLESS HARDWARE.
